Processing & Production Time

Each sculpture is made to order. Standard pieces are typically prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Limited-run and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which is noted on the product page where applicable. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link the day your piece ships.

Shipping Destinations & Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Domestic — 3–7 business days.
• International — 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. Any available free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

Packaging

Because our sculptures are made from optical acrylic, every piece is hand-inspected and packed in protective, custom-fitted packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within the stated processing time, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where relevant. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
