Who We Are

Huydrawingcars is operated by Design By Artist LLC, 11210 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77072, USA. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Design By Artist LLC, and “you” refers to the person browsing or ordering from this site.

Agreement to These Terms

By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the effective date above tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it. Our Cookie Policy explains what we store in your browser. Please read both — they form part of your agreement with us.

Using This Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use this site to browse our work and buy pieces for your own use. That licence does not include any right to resell our products commercially, to reproduce or copy the site or its contents, or to use any of it for a competing venture.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account:

• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
• Provide accurate, current and complete details, and keep them up to date.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion — for example where we suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be placed for resale.

Our Work: Handmade Variation

Every piece we sell is made by hand. Photographs, renders and previews on this site show representative examples, and we work hard to represent colour, finish and proportion faithfully. Small variations in grain, polish, colour depth and finish are inherent to handmade work and are part of the character of the piece rather than a defect.

Screens differ, too. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor or phone will be an exact match for the finished piece.

Pricing, Availability & Orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order. Products and limited runs are offered subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a piece without notice.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we accept the order and begin production. If a piece has been listed with a materially incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Commissions & Bespoke Pieces

Bespoke and commissioned work is made to your brief and cannot be resold, so it is treated differently from our standard catalogue: production begins once the brief is agreed and payment is taken, and these pieces are generally not eligible for return except where they arrive damaged or differ materially from what was agreed. Where reference photographs or artwork are supplied to us, you confirm that you have the right to use them for this purpose.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Production times, delivery estimates, customs charges and packaging are covered in our Shipping Policy. Return windows, condition requirements and how refunds are issued are covered in our Refund and Return Policy. Please read whichever applies to your order before contacting us — and if anything is unclear, just ask.

Intellectual Property

The drawings, sculptures, photographs, text, layout, code and branding on this site are owned by Design By Artist LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Buying a piece transfers ownership of that physical object to you; it does not transfer copyright or any licence to reproduce, manufacture or commercially exploit the artwork.

Feedback & Submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, ideas or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our work — for example, sharing a customer photograph on a product page or social channel. You keep ownership of what you send. Please only send material that is yours to share and that is not unlawful, misleading or abusive. We are under no obligation to keep submissions confidential, to pay for them, or to respond.

Things You Must Not Do

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or systematically collect data, or use bots, crawlers or similar automated tools other than well-behaved search-engine indexing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or another user’s account.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt or overburden the site.
• Reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the site or our designs.
• Use the site to harass, defraud or mislead anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Buy our work for the purpose of reselling it commercially without our written agreement.

Accuracy of Information

We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. Content is provided for general information and should not be relied on as your only basis for a decision. Where we correct an error — including an error in price or availability — we may do so without notice.

Changes & Availability of the Site

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may restrict access for maintenance. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable for any period.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these Terms. Obligations that arose before termination survive it — including payment for orders already placed and the intellectual-property and liability provisions above.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design By Artist LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and its contents are provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Harris County, Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
